The purpose for which the conference is formed are the following to wit:

a. To promote the proper administration and enforcement of building and related codes,

b. To promote the development and adoption of uniform codes in the Conference area,

c. To promote professionalism in the conduct of all members in their respective fields,

d. To promote cooperative effect in the solution of common problems, and

e. To promote professional growth through proper education and training,

f. To promote and provide evaluation and recognition of individual efforts,

All for the encouragement, welfare and enlightenment of code officials culminating to the betterment of themselves and their respective communities.
